About SVS Baseball Performance Training

Our History

We at SVS are a driven organization with modernized coaching by instructors with collegiate baseball backgrounds. We train to maximize every kid’s potential in getting to the next level.

Based out of Durham, North Carolina, SVS Baseball Performance Training offers all skills of development training, which include the fundamentals of the following: Hitting, Fielding, Catching, and Pitching. We offer a variety of development plans with emphasis on building strength and improving velocity.

We stand for “Strength-Velocity-Skill” and utilize these 3 categories to maximize all aspects of an athlete. Our very own indoor training facility in Durham, NC is over 15,000 Square Feet and is outfitted with:

- 8 retractable batting cages

- Turf Infield

- 2 Spin-Ball Machines

- 2 Iron Mike Machines

- Half Basketball Court

We are open to the public and offer cage rentals as well as team rentals for schools, club teams, and travel/showcase teams.

Jordan Toney

Director of Baseball Operations with the NC Admirals Showcase Organization, Jordan Toney is a hometown local out of Durham, NC. He went to Orange High School under Legendary coach Dean Dease and received an athletic scholarship to play at Pfeiffer University. After 3 years he transferred to The University of North Carolina at Pembroke where he ended his college career. Toney works with all aspects of skill development and mainly with hitting/fielding. He claims 3 Conference Carolina runner ups in Conference tournament and a regional appearance for UNC Pembroke.

Defensive Gem!

As one of the many options we offer at our indoor facility, the turf area has plenty of space for breaking down the fundamentals of fielding while getting the Infield Setting.

Ready to Host

The Half-Court is available to the public, trainers and teams for rent and to compete in 3 on 3 competitions with High Graded Basketballs and a Shooting Gun to perfect the shot.
